**You Absolutely Have to Try This!** Do you have any idea how delicious this is? It's truly, truly amazing! This was my second meal of the day, and even though I was already full, it was so good that I finished every last bite. It's highly recommended by locals, and you'll see people of all ages, from office workers to elderly couples, lining up for it. The young Italian couple behind me said that while other places are okay, this one is their absolute favorite—the best! Located inside the Central Market, which is a fantastic place to explore with lots of other delicious options. It's perfect for a satisfying lunch. 🍽️ **About the Menu** Their most popular items are the tripe and beef sandwiches: **PANINO CON LAMPREDOTTO** or **PANINO CON BOLLITO** (Figure 8). These sandwiches are huge and incredibly satisfying, with the bread soaking up all the flavorful juices. Then there's the **Mix** option. You can show them the picture, and they'll give you a mix of beef and tripe. They portion the bread according to the number of people. If you're sharing, they might give you a bit extra. The chili sauce on top is amazing, and the celery sauce is particularly unique and flavorful. All the meat and tripe are freshly sliced and very tender. They also offer pasta dishes if you're in the mood for that. After you finish, remember to recycle your tray by placing it on the rack nearby. 🕐 **Opening Hours:** 8:30-15:00.
