The True Peak of Thai Cuisine in Seattle

SabbVerr Thai Bar & Grill is my favorite Thai restaurant — I've already been four times, and I absolutely love their Hot Pot Everything. It never gets old. 🦐 Grilled River Prawn These are grilled large prawns. By default, the order is for 1 serving, so we double-checked with the staff to confirm we'd get three, avoiding any "friendship struggles" over food. The texture is creamy and delicate, different from the chewy bite I expected, but still worth trying! 🐖 Kor Moo Yang A must-order grilled pork jowl — the best Thai grilled pork I've ever had! The texture is incredible — tender, almost sticky, not dry or greasy at all. It's also expertly prepared with no gamey flavor. 🍲 Simmer Beef Noodle Hot Pot This can be compared to Kin Len Thai's Hot Pot Everything, though the broth here is saltier, which masks the complexity of the flavors. The meat selection is also less unique, but it does come with two types of noodles: egg noodles and rice vermicelli. 🥗 Papaya Salad Their spice level is legit — three of us from spicy-food-loving regions confidently ordered level 3 spice (max is 5) and got humbled. Next time, we're sticking with level 2. The flavor is good, but the biggest issue is the portion size — it's way too small! I could easily finish a whole plate myself. 💣 Avoid their cocktails — we tried both the Mango and Guava ones and felt let down. The base spirits seem to be on the cheaper side, with a harsh alcohol taste and unbalanced flavors. 😋 Rating: 3.5/5 💰 Average per person: $50 📍 SabbVerr Thai Bar & Grill 3410 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103 #Seattle#Seattleguide#Seattlefood#Seattletaifood#Seattlelife
