Each ramen broth is unique and not based on tonkotsu (pork bone broth); instead, they're specially crafted. The noodles are also homemade. Ramen is available only on the dinner menu, so you need to visit after 4 p.m. Before 4 p.m., they serve brunch, 😋which I heard includes delicious beef and crab toast—a very trendy dish. I'll definitely try it next time. The shop itself is also very beautiful and perfect for taking photos. Photo 3🍜 Terriyaki Salmon Ramen €16 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A specially made seafood broth that is incredibly fresh and delicious. The ramen noodles are very chewy and soft, with a delightful texture. The dish features a large piece of perfectly seared salmon. The toppings include bamboo shoots, black fungus, beans, cabbage, soft-boiled egg, crispy scallions, black sesame seeds, and seaweed. Photo 4: Spicy Kimchi Beef Rib Ramen €17 🍜🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A very delicious, specially made beef broth with a hint of spiciness and sweetness. The homemade ramen noodles are equally soft and chewy. The braised beef short ribs are incredibly flavorful and abundant. The addition of kimchi chili sauce makes the beef fragrant, sweet, and spicy—all at the same time. The toppings are similar: bamboo shoots, black fungus, beans, cabbage, soft-boiled egg, crispy scallions, black sesame seeds, seaweed, and kimchi.😋 Both bowls have completely different broths, and they are all incredibly delicious. I highly recommend trying them, as the broths are truly unique😋 compared to other ramen shops (most of which use tonkotsu broth).
