Theodore Roosevelt National Park 🏞️
The only U.S. national park named after a person, this place honors President Theodore Roosevelt’s contributions to America. 🇺🇸👨🦳 Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes beforehand—and the fact that no one checked tickets at the entrance confirmed my low expectations. 😅 But I still did my homework! This is arguably the world’s most famous Badlands, and wow, the ecosystem here is stellar. Bison, wild horses, elk, prairie dogs, and every kind of chicken/duck/goose/crane you can imagine roam freely. 🦅🐎 “Badlands” literally means “bad land,” but all we felt here was nature’s pure beauty. 🌄✨ I thought to myself, “Not many people would willingly trek here with me…” But hey, not too bad, right? 😉 Sunset lasts a second, but its glow lingers forever. Theodore means “gift of God,” and honestly, this park feels like a divine present—for you, for me, for all of us. 🙏🎁 Thankful for the universe, grateful for the journey. #USARoadTrip #AmericanAdventures #HoneymoonDiaries 🏟😅💑
