There's a new, super delicious Pizza place in Cambridge, Boston called
đ Si Cara: Cambridgeâs Under-the-Radar Pizza Gemâ$20+ Per Person, Worth Every Penny Donât let the unassuming exterior fool youâtucked next to Market Central, this spot is a pizza loverâs dream. Walk in, and youâll spot their traditional wood-fired oven (photo 1) and fresh, hand-stretched doughâno shortcuts here. The pies might not look like much at first glance, but one bite, and youâll get it: thin-crust perfection, with just the right amount of cheese (not the heavy, gloppy kind) and flavors that punch above their weight. đ The Standout Pies Truffle Pizza: 5 stars, my favorite. Earthy truffle oil, tender, unsmoked ham (think âfresh and savory,â not salty), and that crispy-thin crustâevery bite is rich but not overwhelming. The balance of truffle, cheese, and ham is chefâs kiss. Lamb Pizza: 4 stars. Juicy, well-seasoned lamb with a hint of herbsâdelicious, but overshadowed by the truffle pie. Still, worth ordering if youâre a lamb fan. Yuzu Carrot Pizza: 4 stars. Hear me out: Iâm not a carrot person, but this works. Crispy pig ears add a fun crunch, while yuzu sauce (bright and tangy) and a sprinkle of cheese cut through the veggie sweetness. Itâs weird, wonderful, and way more addictive than it sounds. đ A Note on the Crust Thin-crust lovers, rejoiceâthis is ultra-thin, with a center so delicate it folds like a burrito (no soggy mess here). The edges, though? Thicker and chewierâdelicious, but filling. We left quite a bit behind (no shameâthereâs only so much crust one can eat). đ¸ Verdict ~$20+ per personâinsanely reasonable for handmade, wood-fired pizza this good. Itâs not fancy, but itâs authenticâthe kind of spot youâll return to for a quick, satisfying meal. đ Si Cara (Cambridge): Bostonâs best underrated pizzaâskip the chains, come here. #BostonPizza #WoodFiredPies #CambridgeEats
