๐ This Beef Noodle Soup in Hacienda Heights Is SO GOOD!
A few days ago, I came across a post about a new noodle spot in Hacienda Heights and instantly got curious! With all the rain lately โ๏ธ, my partner and I decided to warm up with a visit after work. We ordered two mains: ๐ฅฅ Coconut Braised Beef Brisket Noodles ๐ค Garlic Fried Shrimp with Hand-Cut Knife-Shaved Noodles I absolutely loved the coconut beef noodle soup โ the broth was so flavorful! The server shared that itโs slowly simmered with pork bones, chicken, and Chinese herbs โ no wonder it tasted so rich and comforting ๐ Itโs loaded with toppings like tofu skin, greens, and tender beef shank. The original broth is on the lighter side, but they serve this secret homemade chili sauce ๐ถ๏ธ thatโs a total game-changer! As a spicy food lover, I dipped the meat right into it โ fragrant, fiery, and seriously addictive. A must-try for all my bold-flavor folks! Their sign says the sugarcane juice is fresh-pressed from rare purple sugarcane. We were about to order a cup, but the generous owner gifted us one on the house since we ordered the beef noodles ๐ฅบ๐ The juice was lightly sweet and refreshing โ the perfect pairing with savory noodles! We also tried the stinky tofu โ funky, crispy, and delicious! ๐งโจ Pro tip: Eat it with their house-pickled mustard greens for the full experience. And we grabbed a bubble waffle for the kiddo โ crispy outside, soft inside โ a total hit! ๐ง๐ถ Just spotted a deal on Panda ๐ผ Delivery โ sugarcane juice for $1.99! Definitely getting takeout next time. The Wild Path Noodles & BBQ ๐ 2124 S Hacienda Blvd, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745 #HaciendaHeightsEats #HaciendaHeights #LAEats #LADining #LAFoodie #LALife
