We ordered the coconut chicken hot pot – and even as someone who doesn’t usually love coconut chicken, I couldn’t stop eating! It made every other version I’ve tried taste like a knock-off 😂 The braised lamb belly pot was another winner – tender, with zero gaminess, and simmered with dried mushrooms and tofu skin in a rich, savory sauce. 🍖✨ The garlic pea sprouts were incredibly fresh and tender – a simple dish done perfectly. Skip the steamed scallops with garlic – the scallops were tiny and the vermicelli lacked flavor. But the shumai? A must-order! 🥟 We visited during dim sum hours, and these were standout – tightly packed, aromatic pork filling topped with shrimp and crab roe for a sweet, savory bite.
