This Cantonese Foodie Found Another Amazing Cantonese Restaurant 🏆
This place serves dim sum, stir-fries, seafood, clay pot dishes, and even Shunde-style "dry-steamed" dishes! (Probably the only place in Seattle that does dry-steamed dishes?) As soon as we sat down, we heard Cantonese spoken all around us—instant sense of security and familiarity, haha! 😄 ✔️ Dry-Steamed Free-Range Chicken and Dry-Steamed Oysters are highly recommended—our whole table loved them! ✔️ Dry-Steamed Minced Pork Patty: if you like it crispy, order the small portion for more crispy edges; if you prefer it tender, go for the large portion. ✔️ The rice noodle rolls are some of the best in Seattle—trust me, you have to order them! ✔️ BBQ Platter is perfect for trying a variety of dishes, and none of them disappoint. ✔️ The pineapple bun and Hong Kong-style milk tea are absolutely authentic! ✔️ We randomly ordered a discounted double-boiled soup, and it exceeded all expectations (forgot to take a photo though). 😅 Next time, I’m planning to try their dry-steamed sea eel and clay pot rice! 😋 📍 Ho Kee Restaurant (located in the Great Wall Shopping Mall plaza) #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleChineseFood #SeattleCantonese #LocalRecommendations #CantoneseCuisine #DimSum #Kent #WhatToEatInSeattle
