🌟 This Cozy Japanese Spot is a Hidden Gem!

🍜 17 Years in Business & Still Underrated Hey everyone! 👋 My friend recommended this little Japanese spot, and it did not disappoint—super affordable and seriously tasty! It’s a ramen shop that even serves popcorn chicken, and it’s been around for 17 years… yet hardly anyone talks about it! I went on a Thursday, and the place was packed and buzzing. Best part? Less than $20 per person! 🎉 🍜 Kosuke 📍 618-B W Main St, Alhambra, CA 91801 🍜 Kuro Ramen – $15.95 The tonkotsu broth is already rich and flavorful, but the black oil on top—made from garlic and black sesame—is absolutely aromatic! 🧄✨ It comes with chashu pork, a soft-boiled egg, wood ear fungus, and scallions. So generous and delicious! I even added extra wood ear strips. A huge, satisfying bowl! 🥟 Gyoza Add-On – Just +$1.00 with Ramen Crispy skin, hearty filling—cabbage and pork with zero weird aftertaste. A must-try! 🍲 House Special Udon – $14.50 Looks light, but the broth is actually miso-based! You can get popcorn chicken on the side or added right into the noodles. Don’t knock it till you try it—it’s a surprising match made in heaven! 🐙 Takoyaki – $5.95 The octopus balls aren’t huge, but they’re packed with flavor and real ingredients. 🍢 Agedashi Tofu – $4.50 It’s like fried spring roll wrapper around super tender tofu, served with a vinegar-soy dip. Simple but satisfying! Overall, this is a true hidden gem for a quick, delicious meal. Prices are super reasonable, and the ramen easily scores an 85/100—maybe even higher! 💯 If you’re around Alhambra and not sure what to eat, give this place a shot! I also noticed they have a second location in Ontario—a real oasis in the Inland Empire food desert. 🏜️↔️🍜 📍 4210 Inland Empire Blvd #D, Ontario, CA 91764 Have you been to Kosuke?
