🍚 This Hunan Spot in Dallas is ABSOLUTELY FIRE! 🔥

After work today, my coworkers and I stumbled into Hunan Bistro — and oh my, the aroma alone had us hooked at the door! 🤤 The staff was incredibly warm — the server noticed it was our first time and recommended their signature Hengyang Rice Noodles with Braised Beef. We also tried the Fish with Frog & Intestines Stew (sounds wild, tastes incredible!) — so flavorful and seriously perfect with rice. I kid you not, I finished THREE bowls of rice all by myself! 🍚👏 This, my friends, is what real Hunan cuisine is all about — bold, aromatic, and unapologetically delicious. At this point? You might be better off grabbing a bag of Lee Kum Kee’s tonkotsu base on Weee! and making your own at home 🏠💡 And real talk — I’m totally here for the no-tip policy. Before anyone comes at me with “when in Rome” or “servers depend on tips” — you do you. No need to preach.
