This Japanese Restaurant in London is Stunningly Beautiful!
Who would have thought that eating Japanese food could be so visually appealing? I’m talking about the dishes! Of course, the restaurant is filled with an incredibly high proportion of attractive people—I almost wanted to pull out a mirror🪞 and ask who’s the fairest of them all! This place has been on my list ever since it opened a few months ago in Covent Garden, but it’s always been packed. Finally, I managed to visit last weekend, and I was blown away by the exquisite presentation of the food. The highly recommended sushi box is indeed beautiful, but since it’s made one piece at a time, I suggest hungry diners start with the Wagyu hot pot! The dish arrives quickly, and with the beautiful marbling of the Wagyu beef and the accompanying vegetables🥬, it’s not just emotionally satisfying—it warms your belly too! Since it’s all about aesthetics, the scallops are a must-order. Who would have thought they’d be served with purple💜 cauliflower🥦, cherry tomatoes, and carrots🥕? The vibrant colors make the dish incredibly appetizing! There’s also a unique appetizer—smoked eel. I’ve only ever had eel in eel rice dishes before, but these bite-sized, smoked, and slightly salty pieces remind me of the New Year’s specialty dried eel from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions. It feels like an undiscovered gem—I haven’t seen anyone post about it on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). The sushi and sashimi box is truly beautiful. The dry ice adds a dramatic touch when the box arrives, making the wait feel worthwhile. The sashimi🦐 is incredibly fresh and sweet—there’s no doubt about the quality of the ingredients!
