This Korean Restaurant in Chino Hills is Seriously Authentic
Chino Hills is slowly shaking off its “food desert” label — and as a Korean food lover, I found a truly authentic spot run by Koreans: Mindeulle Chino Hills 🌼. It’s not just about soft tofu stew — you can find almost everything you’d get in Ktown right here. 🍚 Must-Tries ✅ Grilled Cod A whole fish served with slightly crispy skin outside and tender, flaky, boneless meat inside. Stays juicy after grilling — not dry or fishy at all. I’m a big fan of Korean-style grilled fish! 🐟 ✅ Braised Beef Short Ribs (Galbi Jjim) The server helped debone and cut it up at the table. The sauce is rich, savory-sweet — classic Korean braised flavor. The pumpkin and rice cakes inside were my favorite part! ✅ Combo (Boiled Pork + Doenjang Jjigae) The pork had zero gamey taste, perfectly balanced between lean and fatty, not greasy at all. Best wrapped in lettuce with garlic, kimchi, and ssamjang! For smaller appetites, one combo could be enough for two. ✅ Seafood Pancake Crispy edges, thick and loaded with squid and green onion. I ate two big slices myself 🦑. They also have soy marinated crab and Korean knife-cut noodles — next time I’m trying those too! #100RestaurantsChallenge #LAEats #LAFoodGuide #ChinoEats #ChinoHillsFood #ChinoHills
