This Korean restaurant is the perfect choice.
This restaurant was a delightful surprise during our trip. We only stopped in Geneva for a quick meal, and since it was Sunday, the restaurant we originally planned to visit was closed. But this Korean restaurant we stumbled upon was actually quite delicious! Seafood Scallion Pancake My absolute favorite of the meal! It’s a huge pancake with a thin, crispy texture that I love. The generous amount of scallions and seafood gives it a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Highly recommended! Spicy Squid Stir-Fry This dish features squid rings and is quite saucy. It’s a pretty standard version, nothing overly impressive, but it was great for a hungry stomach and went well with rice. Korean Mixed Rice (Bibimbap) What’s unique about this version is the addition of shredded white radish, which adds a nice crunch along with the carrot shreds. It’s a refreshing twist. Tofu Soup To judge the quality of a Korean restaurant, you have to taste their tofu soup. This one ranks in my top three. The broth is perfectly seasoned, and the soft tofu doesn’t fall apart when you pick it up. It pairs perfectly with rice! The entire restaurant is decorated in a traditional Korean style, and it was heartwarming to see many local families dining together here. 💰Average cost per person: 40 EUR (depending on what you order)💰 📍Seoul, Rue de Zurich 17, 1201 Genève #KoreanFood #FoodDiary #GlobalEatingAdventures #SwissCuisine #GenevaFood #GenevaKoreanCuisine #SwissTravel #SwissFoodie #SwissTravelTips #KoreanFoodInSwitzerland
