This Long Beach Thai Spot Totally Hits the Spot! 🇹🇭
Chiang Rai Thai Street Market isn’t big, but stepping inside feels like being transported to a Thai street market—colorful flags, bamboo lamps, neon lights, totally authentic vibes! We ordered happily and every dish was memorable: 🍗 Fried Chicken Wings + Green Papaya Salad + Sticky Rice Crispy outside, juicy inside wings. The papaya salad is tangy-spicy and refreshing, and the handmade sticky rice pairs perfectly—especially with a dip of sweet Thai sauce! 🐷 Fried Pork Neck (Moo Yang Tod) Crispy on the outside, tender and bouncy inside—so aromatic and juicy! Great on its own or with rice. 🍲 Tom Yum Hot Pot Served piping hot—sour, spicy, and rich but not too salty. Packed with tomato, lemongrass, red onion, and cilantro. I finished every last drop of the broth! 🍜 Khao Soi (Curry Crispy Noodles) A mix of crispy and soft noodles in a rich curry broth. Comes with pickles, shallots, and lime to adjust the flavor. So satisfying to mix up! (Though my friend wasn’t as into it—taste is personal!) 🥭 Mango Sticky Rice Generous coconut sauce, sweet and soft sticky rice, fresh mango—light and not overly sweet. Felt like a happy food coma after this! Overall a great experience! Generous portions, friendly prices, and we left stuffed to the brim 😂 Chiang Rai Thai Street Market 📍 5728 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90803 🅿️ Street parking available, or try the nearby residential area—spots aren’t too hard to find. #LongBeachEats #ThaiFoodRecommendation #LosAngeles #Foodie #ThaiCuisine 🍛✨🔥
