The broth is so flavorful – not MSG-heavy, since my mouth didn’t feel salty afterward. The chicken actually tastes like chicken, and they give a huge plate of meat – skin is clean, no excess fat. 🐮 Golden Delight Pho (Beef) – $15.99 I went with thin rice noodles + combo of beef tripe, brisket, meatballs, and raw beef. Served piping hot in a clay pot – still bubbling when it arrived 🍲 The amount of beef/brisket is insane – even a big eater couldn’t finish it. Flavor is richer than the chicken pho but still clean, sweet, and savory. 🥬 Pork Rolls – $10.99 Three rolls, each cut in half – each half is as big as a whole roll elsewhere. The marinated pork is sweet, tender, and chewy – Vietnamese-style pork really hits different. Comes with fish sauce dip (slightly funky) – I asked for peanut sauce (free), and it was absolutely satisfying! 🥤 Lime Soda – $4.75 Pretty basic – tastes like Sprite with a lime twist. I used to wonder – what’s so special about pho that people wait this long? Now I get it – I’ve found my life-changing bowl of noodles‼️ No wonder Jackson Wang came here when he was in LA!
