This T-Bone Steak Truly Astonished Me‼️
🍴 beef & glory. Steakerei 📍 Florianigasse 35, 1080 Wien 🔥 A very famous steakhouse in Vienna. The exterior of the restaurant looks quite modest, but there’s a sign at the entrance showing its ranking among the top 101 steak restaurants in the world. It was ranked 30th globally in 2024, and it’s the best in Austria. The door handle is designed like a 🔪 knife, and even the receipt you get at checkout is shaped like a kitchen knife. The walls inside are decorated with photos of cattle heads, which is quite unique. 📌 T-Bones Starting at 800g, even three women couldn’t finish it. The beef is sourced from the USA, with one side being filet mignon and the other side being sirloin. The filet is more tender and flavorful. The steak is served with melted butter, which adds a rich flavor. 📌 Wagyu Sando The wagyu beef sandwich has teriyaki sauce in the middle. The wagyu is not entirely lean but has a slight marbling of fat, making it very tender. 📌 Caesar Salad I didn’t expect much from the salad, but the lettuce was incredibly crisp! It was very refreshing and seemed to be made from some kind of organic lettuce. The texture was truly surprising. #Vienna #ViennaCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #Steak #RestaurantRecommendation #FoodieAdventures #FollowMeForFood #Austria
