Tired of Waiting for the Arashiyama Mini Train?

πŸ‘€ Check Out This Hidden Shrine Nearby - Kuwata Shrine While waiting for the Sagano Mini Train πŸš‚ at Arashiyama Kameoka Station, we realized we had over an hour to kill and decided to explore the area before heading back to the station. We spotted a sign for "Kuwata Shrine" with a stunning autumn 🍁 picture, and immediately decided to check it out 🌿🌊 (I'm so glad we made that decision, as we didn't miss out on such a peaceful autumn 🍁 scenery). The shrine is about a 10-minute walk from Kameoka Station. Don't πŸ™… follow the detour on Google Maps (it might not be updated due to previous construction πŸ—οΈ). Just walk through the underpass below the station, and you'll get there directly πŸ˜‰ 🌿🌊 The entrance to the shrine is in a quiet farming area, which is probably a regular spot for the local residents. We visited around noon, and there were hardly any people, allowing us to quietly enjoy the shrine's red leaves 😌 You can even get a view of Kameoka Station from the shrine through the most vibrant 🍁 tree. The shrine is not very large, and a 30-minute visit is sufficient. 🌿🌊 Including the travel time, if you have around an hour to wait for your train, it's definitely worth coming here to take a stroll πŸ‘ #Kyoto 🌿#HiddenShrine 🌿#AutumnScenery 🍁
