📍To All Hungry Skiers Shivering in the SLC Cold ❄️🍜
After a day rolling in the snow, all you want is a hot pot feast—but waiting in the freezing wind just to hear “30 more minutes” 🥶… then watching tables finish but not leave… yeah, we’ve all been there. Fine, fine—maybe I’m asking for too much. Turned around and stumbled upon a quiet little ramen spot 🏮. Just wanted a bowl of hot soup to save my frozen soul 🥶→❤️🔥, so I braved the unknown and stepped in. Newly opened, 🐶 rating: 4.5. My expectation: Just give me something edible. Ordered two bowls of ramen 🍜: • Broth was decent and warm • Noodles were surprisingly chewy and springy • Chili oil was fragrant 🌶️ • Toppings were fresh and generous • The corn was sweeter than first love 😂🌽 The Chashu Ramen came with two thick slices of pork 🥓. The Tempura Ramen had four crispy fried shrimp 🍤. Also tried the fried chicken wings—crispy and juicy, though slightly gamey 🐔. But when you’re starving, anything works! Staff were friendly, but service was slow—waited nearly 20 minutes after ordering ⏳. Verdict: A solid, no-fuss, no-surprises kind of place. If it were near home, I’d go as a regular. Not worth a special trip, but when you’re cold and hungry in Chinatown, it’s a warm, comforting bowl that hits the spot! ❤️🔥 Perfect to share with fellow skiers stuck waiting elsewhere.
