I’m not really sure why this restaurant got so many great reviews, but I would never come here again. Usually if it’s my first time to a restaurant, I order typical items to see if they do it right, for example, chicken karaage, ramen, and tempura. This time, my husband and I got those things, plus we brought a guest with us and she ordered teriyaki chicken. First, The karaage breading was not right. And the meat inside was dry. Second, the tempura came with a sauce that tasted like water. And it comes with a fried mushroom that was completely raw in the inside. The batter felt so heavy and oily. Third, the cha shu ramen soup was super bland, the noodles were overcooked, and the meat was lacking in quantity, texture, and flavor. Lastly, the chicken teriyaki was dry, and didn’t come with enough sauce. The presentation was the best part of the meal. Overall, our experience here was very disappointing, however, our server was very patient, kind, and happy, so I’m giving Heaya 3 stars instead of 1. In addition to the food being subpar, we saw the cook leave the restaurant, and then come back, and my husband noticed his hands were filthy, so I’m crossing fingers that we don’t have upset...
Read moreMe and my wife had a wonderful experience dining here! Everything was great from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care. On top of that, the presentation was beautiful; the way each plate was arranged made the food even more appealing and appetizing.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting. It’s a cozy, well-designed space that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while enjoying your meal. You can tell that attention was given not just to the food, but also to creating a pleasant dining environment.
A special shoutout to our server—she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Her positive attitude really added to the overall experience and made us feel well taken care of.
Overall, a very enjoyable visit. Great food, great service, and a lovely setting. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this...

First of all—Finnegan. If you’re reading this, you are a one-person hospitality army. I don’t know how you were running the entire front of house solo, giving elite-level menu recs, keeping your cool like a ramen-powered warrior, and somehow delivering the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my chaotic little life. Someone give this human a raise, a trophy, and possibly a national holiday.
Second: THE RAMEN. Listen. I have never finished a bowl of ramen in my life. I am a chronic ramen half-finisher. But I DESTROYED that bowl. Not a drop left. If the apocalypse started right now, I’d die satisfied.
HEAYA, you have no business being this good. I’m obsessed. I’m unwell. I’m...
