Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

To be honest, Bulla is pretty good except for the seafood paella.

I'm back in Dallas for work💼 again! This time, I tried a restaurant that many people had recommended. The first one is a Spanish restaurant at Legacy West in Plano. 💯I had heard during my research that their seafood paella is just average, and it turned out to be true. However, their weekday lunch business is quite good, and there are a lot of Asians there. There's a lunch set where you can choose two dishes, either a main course or soup, for $17, which is quite a good deal! 👍My favorite was the Margherita pizza. The crust is thin and chewy, and the tomato slices are very juicy. Another dish I ordered was something like a steak sandwich. The bread was a crispy baguette, and the beef had three chunks inside, but it was a bit tough to bite into... And then there was the seafood paella. I feel like there's no monosodium glutamate in the US, haha. The complex flavor just falls a bit short. The shrimp and squid were pretty big, but the rice didn't absorb much flavor and was a bit hard. 🐮Overall, I'd give it four stars. The lunch is more cost-effective than the one next door at North, and the overall taste is better. #DallasFood #WorkLunch
