🐟PEZ There are just so many amazing izakayas in Tokyo. Despite the fierce competition, PEZ is still a place worth visiting over and over again. They introduce new menus every season, using fresh seasonal ingredients to create innovative and experimental dishes, constantly bringing new surprises to their guests. 🍣🌟 This is also a characteristic of most Tokyo bistros. The chefs innovate dishes based on their own understanding, such as the treasure boat I shared before. 🐙IGOR COSY Jinzu When I found this place, the earliest reservation I could get was for a 5 p.m. table on the same day. 🍣🌟 In order to enjoy more dishes by myself, I even walked several kilometers in advance to prepare. Because the food photos from this place were just too tempting, especially the sea urchin dumplings. I was really looking forward to their taste. 🍣🌟 What impressed me about this place were the unique seasonings and constantly updated seasonal menus (only in Japanese). I must bring my friends here next time to try out the menu together! #Tokyo 🍣🌟
