Tokyo (Micro) Hidden Gems: Locally Recommended Restaurants (1)🌟

Since there are just too many food guides for Tokyo and I couldn't possibly go through them all, I simply messaged my local friends every day, asking for restaurant recommendations based on a specific category. 🍃🌸 Every single place they recommended was amazing! No misses! 🌟 🍣 Omakase Kumagai Sushi (at Mita Station) A highly-rated restaurant on Tablog recommended by a friend 🍃🌸 For £33, you get a set with 12 pieces of sushi, appetizers, soup, and dessert. I highly recommend just going for it without hesitation! It was truly the best I've ever had. 🍃🌸 The chef even made an effort to explain in English what we were eating and was surprised that we found his place! Reservations are a must, so call at least a day in advance. 🍣 🍜 Ramen San Tora (at Edogawabashi Station) The most fragrant and meaty ramen I had this time, though also the greasiest! 🍃🌸 The slightly sour bamboo shoots, fatty and lean char siu, paired with chewy noodles and a rich miso broth were simply divine! I would have revisited if not for the long wait time. But if you can't handle rich flavors, this might not be for you! #Tokyo 🍜
