Tokyo One-Day Tour Guide 👣
Route ➡️ Senso-ji Temple — Tokyo Skytree — Ginza — Shibuya SKY This is a walking-intensive itinerary, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes, and consider transportation convenience when choosing accommodation! Sunscreen is also very important‼️ 🌟 Senso-ji Temple: We dawdled in the morning and grabbed some onigiri and pudding from 7-Eleven 🍙🍮, which made us a bit late, arriving close to 10 AM (Japan is 1 hour ahead of home). The place was packed with people, almost like being back home 😂. August is really hot, so after a quick visit, we headed to Tokyo Skytree. The walk was interesting, allowing us to see the streets of Tokyo and appreciate the orderliness and cleanliness here! 🌟 Tokyo Skytree: Honestly, it feels less impressive than the Canton Tower, haha! You can have lunch at the Skytree, but it gets super crowded during meal times. I had ramen 🍜, but it was way too salty, and I ended up crying 😭. 🌟 Ginza: After leaving the Skytree, it’s a half-hour train ride to Ginza. It truly is a shopping paradise! If you're looking to buy luxury goods, this is the place to go. The duty-free prices are much cheaper than at home, but be careful when going through customs when returning home—make sure to remove packaging in Japan and treat it as personal items 🤫. 🌃 Shibuya SKY: It’s recommended to buy tickets in advance to avoid the rush 🐷; it’s nearly impossible to get them through official channels. Tickets are about 180 yen per person. The best time to go is around 5:30 PM, so you can catch the sunset and the night view of Tokyo. The space up there is huge and perfect for taking photos 📷. It’s a half-hour train ride from Ginza, so be sure to allow enough time, as Japan is strict about timing ⌚️. During the day, the view of the city makes you feel like the world is at your feet 🏙️. At night, the city lights twinkle like stars, and the air cools down significantly, giving everyone a sense of intoxication—it's a unique nighttime romance 💕. 🍱 Around 8 PM, we went down and searched for a nearby wagyu restaurant (p17). Japanese restaurants tend to be small, but luckily we didn’t need a reservation and found a table. The charcoal-grilled beef was fragrant and tender. Tokyo gives us a sweet and salty feeling. The various snacks are super sweet, and we had a great time enjoying them. The ramen and dishes are quite salty, and of course, we were also feeling a bit hot and salty ourselves. #Japan #Tokyo #TokyoTravel #JapanFreeAndEasyTravel #TokyoTravelGuide #SensojiTemple #TokyoSkytree #Ginza #ShibuyaSKY
