Key Attractions: Aomori Nebuta Warasse Museum ➠ Aomori Prefectural Museum of Art ➠ Koganezaki Noro ➠ Shirakami Sanchi ➠ Towada Art Center Transportation: Aomori Airport; or use the Tohoku PASS to explore Aomori and Tokyo. ❸ Takamatsu Takamatsu'sare the best in the universe! Takamatsu offers a rich and unique travel experience, with several top-quality cafes, including my favorite, umie by the sea. The land and island art museums are delightful surprises. Slow down to gaze at the ocean, stroll through Ritsurin Park, and walk the 1300KM Shikoku Pilgrimage. Key Attractions: Ritsurin Park ➠ Inoue Yasui Modern Art Museum ➠ Shikoku Aquarium ➠ Koto-Hirayama-gu Shrine ➠ Yashima-dera ➠ Yaku Island Temple Transportation: Takamatsu Airport; or use the Kansai Wide Area PASS to connect and visit Osaka, Himeji, Okayama, and Takamatsu. ❹ Shimane and Tottori For the number one ranked Adachi Museum of Art, which has been number one for 21 years, it's worth a special trip to Yasugi in Shimane. This area is also a holy land for photography and anime fans, with the Ueda Shoji Art Museum, Mizuki Shigeru Memorial,hometown, and the birthplace of many myths.
