Tonight's dinner

**Restaurant:** Slova Pub **Specialty:** Traditional Slovak Cuisine 😍😍😍 After perusing the menu for a while, I settled on Gulash, thinking some beef might help boost my strength. Well, I’m not sure if my strength got a boost, but I did have to work a bit to get through the beef. Overall, the flavor was decent, especially with the onion rings and bean sprouts on top. 😊😊😊 What about these slices of bread with such a nice texture? Are they a combination of yeast and non-yeast dough? I’m not knowledgeable about baking, so I’m not sure how they achieved this. 👍👍👍 For dessert, I had these three round dumplings with sugar and cinnamon on top. They were okay, but they weren’t as soft and glutinous as Chinese tangyuan (sweet rice balls). Finally, I relaxed for a while with a local cinnamon-flavored cola called Kofola. I needed the break—my legs were aching from all the walking. #Bratislava #TraditionalSlovakCuisine
