🎢I found this place on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and since it’s not far from home, I decided to check it out. The pastries inside are super! cute! The pistachio rose comes in four colors, and the owner said that for Valentine’s Day, buying four to make a box would look amazing. My husband commented that he learned something for next year’s Valentine’s Day! The pistachio mousse in the pistachio rose is very creamy, with a sweet rose flower jam in the middle and a crispy pistachio biscuit at the bottom. It has a rich texture and I highly recommend it❤️. The strawberry vanilla mousse is similar, with the sweet and sour strawberry jam perfectly balancing the sweetness of the vanilla mousse❤️. ❤️I’ll definitely come back to try more! The elderly couple in front of me bought the last chocolate cake, which made me really want to try it. 🍺Update: I went again and finally got the chocolate cake. It’s rich and smooth, not too sweet, and very delicious! The owner’s young daughter recommended the Pavlova, which looks like a white eggshell and has a sweet and sour taste—also very good! After eating too many mousse pastries, they do get a bit too sweet and rich.
