Top Bars in New York (2)🥤
3️⃣ Double Chicken Please|5/5 The menu hasn't changed much since my visit two years ago. The initial wow factor isn't as strong as the first time, but the drinks are still delicious. They've truly mastered the Food Inspired concept. Ranked 1st in North America’s Top 50 in 2023. I highly recommend the Key Lime Pie and Japanese Cold Noodles. Arrived at 9 p.m. on a Friday night and waited for over two hours. 🕒 4️⃣ Nightingale|4.5/5 Visited while waiting for Double Chicken Please. The decor is unique, with a 70-80s Chinatown retro vibe. The drinks are great too, with an entire page dedicated to baijiu-based cocktails. Both Fire & Peel and HK Milk Punch are fantastic. Since the bar serves food, there's a lingering aroma of spicy chicken. Arrived at 9 p.m. on a Friday night and waited for an hour. 🕰️ 5️⃣ Nurse Bettie Cocktail Bar|4/5 Visited while waiting for the Nightingale. The decor has a bit of a “burlesque” feel. The Banana Espresso Martini was quite good, and the owner was very friendly. Also, it’s worth noting that waiting in line for drinks in New York isn’t that bad: you can leave your name at one bar and then go to another nearby to enjoy a drink while you wait. #NewYork 🥤🌟
