Top Places to Visit in Boston 22/100
Wilson Farm π±π π10 Pleasant St, Lexington, MA 02421 (About 25 minutes drive from downtown Boston) π Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM β 7:00 PM π Sat-Sun: 8:00 AM β 7:00 PM I simply canβt resist a farm β especially one this big! This farm grows over 125 types of vegetables, fruits, and cut flowers π½ππ». Walking in, I felt like a mouse that had fallen into a rice bin β pure happiness! The watermelons chilling on ice at the entrance were so inviting πβοΈ. The yellow peaches near the door smelled amazing β itβs hard for any fruit to taste bad in this season! We bought peaches, milk, and even a piece of fresh yellowfin tuna π! We used it to make a delicious seafood rice bowl at home ππ©π³. The farm also regularly hosts fun events. This week was Corn Festival π½, and next week will be Tomato Festival with lots of tomato tastings π ! In the fall, they have Halloween activities π, and in the winter, they sell Christmas trees πβ¨. I originally came to Lexington for Nouve Bakery π₯, and even though I only tried three items, I ended up falling in love with this farm at first sight π. The bakery is still highly recommended β their croissants are incredibly flaky and beautifully structured. My favorite was the cranberry croissant ππ. It seemed like matcha and plain croissants were super popular β they were sold out by the afternoon! π·οΈ #WilsonFarm #LexingtonMA #BostonFarms #FreshProduce #LocalFood #NouveBakery #BostonDayTrip
