I’m back for my second visit to Undefined — after my first meal here, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. This time, I made sure to try what I missed last time. Let’s start with the bone marrow. Oh. My. Goodness. 😱 As a bone marrow lover, this might be the best I’ve had in years. It’s rich, savory, and topped with braised oxtail that’s subtly seasoned with plum — a brilliant pairing that cuts through the richness. So good I nearly cried. 🥹🍖 Then, the duck. Crispy, smoky skin with tender, almost springy meat underneath — the texture reminds me of Cantonese cui rou wan (crispy fish), but it’s duck! 🦆✨ An unforgettable dish in both flavor and mouthfeel.
