The first time I went to Toronto, I wasn't left with a great impression. π There were traffic jams everywhere, the city lacked distinct characteristics, and it was messy and dirty. There were quite a few homeless people in the streets and alleys. ππ₯³ I didn't think it was a very tourist - friendly city. πΈBig cities in the U.S. and Canada have been getting worse like this since the pandemic. However, the University of Toronto is highly recommended. Its campus is absolutely gorgeous π. The University of Toronto is Canada's most famous university, located near St. George Street. It's just a 20 - minute walk from Chinatown, and there are numerous dining options nearby. πΈThe main campus of the University of Toronto offers a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. The large lawns, benches, and forest paths make you forget about the hustle and bustle of the urban environment. πΈFounded in 1827, the University of Toronto is one of Canada's oldest universities. There are many historic buildings on campus, showcasing different architectural styles, including Gothic, classical, and modern architecture. There are numerous iconic buildings on the main campus, such as:ππ In the first picture, the ancient University College with its unique Gothic Revival architectural style is one of the symbols of the campus. It's extremely magnificent and beautiful, and a perfect spot for taking stunning photos πΈ.
