✅ We keep choosing this place mainly because of their amazing fried spring rolls! 😋👌 ❌ Not much in the way of fancy dishes or hot pots—just simple, delicious noodles. Haha! 🍜 💰 After tax, it’s about $30 per person (with two small appetizers). 💵 Hu Tieu My Pho: If you prefer potato starch noodles over rice noodles, this place is for you! 😍 It’s a totally unique experience—super fresh and flavorful without being bland. The toppings are abundant: shrimp, pork, fish balls, and I even found a bit of crispy pork fat! 😂 I think I’ll be ordering this often. Just a heads up: don’t add extra spice; it can overpower the original flavor. 🌶️🚫 Cha Gio: Their spring rolls are the best we’ve had! 😍 We don’t like the thick vermicelli they often use, but here the filling is finely minced, the vermicelli is thin and flavorful, and the pickled vegetables that come with it are so tasty—sweet and tangy! 🤤🥒 Canh Ga Chien Bo: First time trying this, and if it’s good as a fried dish, other things here must be great too! 😄 The coating isn’t the crispy, flaky kind but more puffed and very salty and fragrant.
