This Japanese eatery is so good that I instantly wanted to come back for a second visit! Thick-cut beef tongue and warm potato salad, the invincible double champions 🌟▪️ Thick-cut beef tongue So tender! Highly recommend pairing it with rice, and strongly suggest adding a raw egg yolk! The yolk mixed with soy sauce elevates the beef tongue rice to heavenly levels 🌟▪️ Warm potato salad It’s been praised all over the web, and it’s no exaggeration – it’s completely different from any potato salad you can imagine. Absolutely stunning! Queen-level taste 🌟▪️ Pork cutlet sandwich Looks ordinary, but the pork cutlet is incredibly tender! They really know how to make meat tender here. Paired with curry sauce, it’s also uniquely flavorful ~ the curry is very authentic traditional Japanese curry 🌟▪️ I also ordered the braised pork and a fried skewer from the daily special, both were delicious. For drinks, I recommend the Umeshu highball, it’s refreshing with a strong plum flavor Make sure to arrive right at 6 pm when they open! I got there at 6:01 and took the last available table; the two girls after me were told they’d have to wait an hour and a half.
