Florence Restaurant Exploration | TRATTORIA MARIONE❤️❤️❤️ I visited this Italian family trattoria that has great reviews on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). It's located near the Florence train station.🥩🥩🥩 According to the internet, no reservation is needed, and you can just walk in. We first went to the main location but were told that all the seats were fully booked for the day. They recommended that we walk a few hundred meters to another branch. After waiting in line for about twenty minutes, we were finally seated.😀😀😀 The food arrived pretty quickly. For the appetizer we ordered some prosciutto and salame, which we enjoyed with the bread served before the meal. For the first main course, we had PICI BURRO CACIO E PEPE. The sauce was very rich, and the pasta was a bit al dente, which I personally loved.😻😻 The second main course was LASAGNA, a classic and delicious choice. The third main course was wild boar ragù pappardelle. It was a bit salty but still very tasty. For the second dishes , we ordered Trippa (tripe), Filetto di manzo (beef fillet), and Ossobuco (osso buco). The tripe was very tender and had a rich tomato flavor. The beef fillet was also very tender and went well with the roasted potatoes. The osso buco was a new experience for us.
