**Italian Family Trattoria Near Florence Train Station** We were told online that no reservation is needed and we could just walk in. We started at the first location but were informed that all the seats were booked for the day. They recommended we walk a few hundred meters to another branch, where we waited for about twenty minutes. 😅The service was quite fast. For starters, we ordered some prosciutto and salame, which we enjoyed with the complimentary bread. For the first main course, we had **PICI BURRO CACIO E PEPE**. The sauce was very rich and flavorful. The pasta was slightly al dente, which I personally love.🦁️ The second main course was the classic **LASAGNA**. It was a standard lasagna, comforting and familiar. The third main course was **Pappardelle with Wild Boar Ragu**. The sauce was a bit salty but still very tasty.🆓 For the second course, we ordered the **Trippa, Filetto di Manzo, and Ossobuco**. The tripe was very tender and had a rich tomato flavor. The beef fillet was juicy and went well with roasted potatoes.
