Trattoria Zà Zà in Florence

**Trattoria Zà Zà Experience** We went there last night on a whim, without making a reservation in advance. Upon arrival, we saw two long lines—one for those with reservations and one for walk-ins. The line with reservations moved much faster. We ended up waiting for about half an hour in the walk-in line (I had expected it to be closer to an hour). I ordered the lobster pasta (22 euros), and Vincent got the small portion of Bolognese pasta (10 euros) and the Tagliata with potatoes (18 euros, which is essentially a steak dish, as indicated in the third picture with the strikethrough). I usually don't have high expectations for popular Instagrammable restaurants, but all three dishes we tried were delicious! 🦞 The lobster pasta had way more pasta than the place we visited the day before, and I finally felt satisfied. The lobster was quite fresh, easy to peel, and the pasta was well-seasoned. 🥩 The Tagliata with potatoes smelled amazing (I'll definitely order this next time!). Vincent said it got a bit greasy towards the end, but he doesn't eat any fat, so he cut off the fatty parts. 🍝 The Bolognese pasta had less tomato flavor and a stronger celery taste, which was also delicious. However, if you're not a fan of celery, you might want to be cautious when ordering this. **Trattoria Zà Zà** Piazza del Mercato Centrale, 26r, 50123 Firenze FI, Italy #Europe #EuropeTravel #Italy #ItalyTravel #Florence #FlorenceTravel #FlorenceTrip #FlorenceCuisine #FlorenceRestaurant #Lobster #LobsterPasta
