Travel|Winter 2025 Spokane, WA ❄️
In December, I paid a short visit to Spokane, the second-largest city in WashingtonState 🏙️. We stayed at the Historic Davenport Hotel in downtown—a place filled with old-money charm 💼✨. It was right around Christmas, and the huge Christmas tree brought such a festive atmosphere 🎄❤️! (Some photos are from the internet since it was too crowded to take good shots myself 😅) Two restaurants we tried stood out during the trip: 🍳 Frank’s Diner – Housed in a converted red railway car 🚂❤️ right next to the tracks! It’s small but bright and cozy inside. Apparently, it’s been operating since 1906 🕰️. The brunch was delicious—a unique and down-to-earth dining experience! 🍽️ House of Brunch – Located downtown with a modern vibe and stylish décor 🧡. Each dish was carefully prepared, and even the latte art was extra creative 🌸☕! As the host of the 1974 World's Fair, Spokane’s downtown still shows remnants of the expo grounds 🏛️, surrounded by the stunning Spokane River Falls 🌊, city hall, shopping malls, hotels, and gardens 🌷. Though early winter made everything feel a bit quiet and bare 🍂, I’ve heard the local wineries are lovely 🍷—just didn’t have time to visit this trip. Coming from the Bay Area, I definitely felt the chill 🥶! Overall, Spokane surprised me with its charm and variety. Summer probably brings even more vibrancy to the city—would love to come back when it’s warmer! ☀️🤍 #TravelUSA #SpokaneWA #WashingtonTravel #WinterGetaway #FoodieAdventure #HistoricHotel #ChristmasVibes
