Dinner at the **Michelin 1-star restaurant** right below our hotel: **Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge** Couldn’t pass up the convenience—had to try it! **✨ First Impressions** • **Elegant ambiance**, impeccable service • Complimentary **baguette bread** 🥖 (perfectly crusty!) **🍴 Course by Course** **Starter:** 🐇 **Rabbit terrine with foie gras** + 🦞 **lobster & scallop soup** - Flavorful but slightly salty (great with bread!) **Main:** 🥩 **Medium-rare steak** with red wine reduction (tender & juicy) 🦐 **Seafood platter**: - Super fresh prawns (so bouncy!) - Local oysters 🦪 (small but tasty) - Tuna tartare was just okay **Wild Card:** 🦀 **Crab spring roll** (Vietnamese-style with herbs) - Packed with crab meat, but the unfamiliar herbs weren’t my favorite... - Ate it all anyway—no wasting Michelin-starred food! 😅 **Surprise Hit:** 🍝 **Friend’s prawn pasta** (tangy + spicy—usually not my thing, but DELISH!) **Finale:** 🍫 Too full for dessert?
