🌟 Trivet London's Salt-Generous High-Value Michelin Two-Star 🌟
Price per person: £90 🚀 A restaurant that's rising through the stars like a rocket, going from one Michelin star to two in just two years. The speed of service is the fastest among all the Michelin restaurants I've been to, worthy of praise. Some dishes are on the salty side, but the price offers good value for money, making it suitable for star-chasing! Not as bad as some might say (maybe we got a good menu?) Pre-meal snacks: 1️⃣ Cheese Biscuit - A delicious, crispy shortbread with a rich, cheesy filling! Appetizers: 1️⃣ Bread and Butter - Standard Michelin-level bread with butter. 2️⃣ Crispy Chicken Wing - The dipping sauce is great, but without it, the wings are extremely salty, as if salt is free. 3️⃣ Hot Tongue Bun - The best appetizer, filled with smoked fish, bacon, pickles, etc. The taste is very rich! 4️⃣ Mangalitza Ham - Standard, with a good balance of fat and lean, but not as good as the ham in Barcelona. Main courses: 1️⃣ Cornish Plaice - Roasted very tender, with a fragrant sauce, highly recommended! 2️⃣ Chicken Leg Ballontine - Very juicy, incredibly flavorful, with a great sauce, highly recommended! Desserts: 1️⃣ Hokkaido Potato - The best dessert, with a light alcoholic flavor, served with delicious gelato! Highly, highly recommended! Is this the Napoleon many people recommend? Post-meal snacks: 1️⃣ Pomegranate candy - Sour pomegranate cake covered in white sugar, good but maybe more suitable as an appetizer? 2️⃣ Pistachio macarons - Not as sweet as expected, with a surprising filling, very tasty! Tip: The restaurant is never too crowded, perfect for walk-ins! It feels like one of the higher value Michelin two-star restaurants! Good for checking off your list but not for returning! It's rare to find a place where desserts are much better than the main dishes! #MyFoodDiary #MichelinRestaurantExploration #RestaurantRecommendation #AtmosphereRestaurant #HiddenGemRestaurantShare #GlobalFoodSquad #ExpressingRomanceWithFood
