🥪 Tucson Food Review #30 – Fatboy Sandos 🇯🇵

Who knew Tucson would get its own Japanese-style sandos? 😍 Rumor has it they’re opening a new location in Park Place Mall later this year — and I’m here for it! We tried the Egg Salad Sando and the Pork Katsu Sando — both were delicious! The egg salad is creamier and slightly saltier than store-bought, but so smooth and satisfying. The katsu is made fresh — served warm, crispy, and full of flavor. Perfect for lunch! 🍴 They also have a strawberry cream sando 🍓, but I skipped it this time (it’s super rich — a little goes a long way!). 📍 You’ll find Fatboy Sandos inside America Eats Co — a cool food hall in South Tucson with lots of seating (bars, couches, long tables). Great for families, groups, or a quick bite. The other vendors here also look popular — definitely a foodie spot!
