Itās completely raw, like beef sashimi. Finely chopped beef topped with a raw egg yolk, mixed with onions, pepper, pickles, and other seasonings. Stir it all togetherāitās incredibly flavorful! Despite being raw, thereās no gamey taste at all. Just smooth, tender, and refreshingly fresh. š French Escargots The snails were delicious and already shelledāso easy to eat! Topped with cheese (possibly goat cheese?) that complemented the dish perfectly. š¦ Lobster Tail Not only beautifully presented, but also tasted fantastic. The meat was springy and very fresh.
