Turin's Favorite Italian Roujiamo 🥙
Review: Judging by the number of photos, you can tell I've eaten here countless times. It's a canteen with an incredibly high cost-performance ratio. When I first came, there were no posts recommending it, but now it's become a place where I have to line up every time I visit. For first-timers, follow these steps to eat: Choose your bread 🥖. There are four types: Baresina (€9) with tomatoes 🍅 and olives 🫒, Piemontese (€9) with potatoes 🥔 and thyme, Pane Bianco (€8) with plain white bread, and La Focaccia (€8) with just the bread. My personal favorite is Baresina; as a tomato lover, I adore the large chunks of tomato on top, and it's the one I eat the most. Next, select your fillings. You can choose your own cheese 🧀 and ham 🥩. I'm lazy, so I opt for their recommended sets. The one I eat most frequently is Il Vaccaro. Its deliciousness made me forget that I was eating blue cheese! The caramelized onion sauce 🧅 inside is truly exceptional, with the perfect balance of salty and sweet, and I can easily eat half a loaf without needing water. Il Contadino, with its pumpkin chips 🎃 paired with salame, is truly amazing. Unlike Il Vaccaro, it doesn't have the onion sauce, making it a bit more refreshing. 🔔 Helpful Tip: If you're still hungry, you can double the ingredients for just an additional €2. If possible, I don't recommend going on Sundays; the lines are really long, and there's no need to squeeze in with the crowds. I used to like going on weeknights when it's less crowded, and eating is more comfortable. There was a period when I ate there every day, and the staff became familiar with my name. #Roujiamo #AffordableFood #FoodieSpot #RestaurantRecommendation #GlobalEatingSquad #FoodCollector #Delicious #StreetFood
