Turns Out the Best Drink in Wine Country Isn’t Wine
The Beer Here Is Next Level 🍻 Stopped by the Firestone Walker Brewing Company Taproom next to Just Inn winery during my trip to Paso Robles. This brewery is one of California’s craft beer legends—founded in 1996, and this is their flagship location! The taproom is spacious and inviting, with a restaurant area, bar seating, outdoor patio, and even a view of the barrel room. Relaxed vibe, and it gets pretty lively on weekends! 😋 The beer menu is seriously impressive. Besides classics like 805 and Mind Haze IPA, they also feature limited releases from Barrelworks and Propagator— showcasing experimental styles like wild ales, fruity notes, and barrel-aged specialties. The best part? You can order small pours to taste your way through, or go for a beer flight and sample everything from crisp lagers to rich IPAs and unique barrel-aged brews. 🥗 Super beginner-friendly—no fear of picking the wrong beer, and you’re sure to find a favorite! The food is seriously delicious too Fish Tacos are a must-order—crispy outside, tender inside, with a well-seasoned batter that pairs perfectly with beer. Other items like burgers, salads, and chicken wings are all solid— typical gastropub style: simple but done right! 🍔 #CaliforniaEats #USCraftBeer #WineryExperience #CraftBeer #PasoRoblesFood #CaliforniaFoodRecommendation #CaliforniaFun #LocalFoodSpotlight #CaliforniaLife #LetsTalkAboutBooze
