After living in Irvine for over a year, I’ve tried the top four Thai spots trending on social media — and this is the one I can’t stop thinking about 🇹🇭 It even made the LA Times 2023 Best Restaurants list ❤️‍🔥 Be prepared to wait over an hour at peak times, but trust me — it’s worth it! 🤤 What we ordered: 🍜 Khao Soi Noodle w/ Soft Shell Crab – $28 🍛 Green Curry w/ Beef Rib-eye & Roti – $20 🐷 Grilled Pork Jowl – $18 🦐 Pad Thai w/ Shrimp – $17 ‼️ Must-order: The first dish — Yellow Curry Soft Shell Crab Noodles — is the one that got them into the LA Times! Rich yellow curry broth + egg noodles soaked in flavor + crispy soft shell crab 🦀 — layers of texture and taste. Absolutely love it! The Beef Green Curry ties for first place in my heart ❗️ Crispy roti dipped in mildly spicy green curry paired with super tender ribeye 🥩 — you won’t want to stop eating. Grilled Pork Jowl — I was worried it’d be too oily, but it was juicy, crispy outside, tender inside, served with tangy-spicy sauce and fresh salad. Surprisingly good ✨ The Pad Thai with shrimp was solid — a safe, classic choice that won’t disappoint.
