Rich yellow curry broth + egg noodles soaked in flavor + crispy soft-shell crab 🦀 So many textures — absolutely loved it. Green Curry with Beef Rib-eye & Roti 🍛 Tied for first place in my heart! Crispy roti dipped in slightly spicy green curry + ultra-tender rib-eye beef 🥩 — impossible to stop eating. Grilled Pork Jowl 🐷 Was worried it might be too fatty, but it was juicy, crispy outside, tender inside.
