Two Hours of Peace 🍃 Healed by the Huntington Botanical Gardens
I discovered this incredibly artistic "dream park" in Pasadena, Los Angeles! 🌲🌿 The architecture and plants complement each other perfectly, where culture and nature beautifully merge. It's such a wonderful place for a relaxing stroll, clearing your mind, and finding peace! Although it's called the "Huntington Library," it actually includes a café 🍵, a cultural creative zone, an art gallery, and massive botanical gardens! You can explore the entire grounds in about two hours—perfect for a refreshing half-day escape! ⏳✨ 📍 Botanical Gardens I absolutely loved the desert plant area near the entrance—so photogenic you don't even need to frame the shot, every angle is beautiful! 🌵📸 The Chinese Garden (Liu Fang Yuan) and the Japanese Garden are two of the most popular highlights here. In the Japanese Garden, I saw red spider lilies (also known as "Higanbana") for the first time—they were stunning in person! 😍 The Chinese Garden feels like a perfect replica of a classic Suzhou garden, complete with pavilions, bridges, and shimmering green waters. 🌸🏯 📍 Art Gallery My favorite part of the whole experience was the atmosphere around the art gallery. And let me tell you—the entrance is WAY too photogenic! 📸‼️ Inside, the décor is exquisite, featuring paintings and antique furniture. With two floors to explore, you can take your time admiring the collections. Even the exit area is incredibly picturesque, with beautiful natural light and shadows playing on the walls—pure magic! ✨🖼️ 🎫 Admission: $29 ⏰ Opening Hours: 10:00-17:00 📍 Address: 1151 Oxford Rd, San Marino Have you visited the Huntington Library and Gardens?
