After a long road trip and post-fall-break exhaustion, here’s my 4-day Dallas-Fort Worth adventure—packed with art, guns, BBQ, and more! 💖 Day 1: Fort Worth Arrival 🚗 5-hour drive → Airbnb in Fort Worth. 🍜 Dinner: Desperate hunger led us to a meh Chinese buffet. (Skip it!) 💖 Day 2: Fort Worth → Plano 🎨 Kimbell Art Museum: Free entry! Stunning oil paintings + unique architecture (~1 hour). 🤠 Fort Worth Stockyards: Cowboy vibes! Shop in Western boutiques + weekend cattle drives. Book the 6PM rodeo! 🔫 Shooting Range: No driver’s license? No problem! Visa holders can blast away (see my earlier post for details). 🍜 Dinner: Boba Tea & Flavor of Asia—unexpected gem! Crispy guo bao rou (sweet & sour pork) had us obsessed. 💖 Day 3: Plano (Food Heaven!) 🏠 Stayed near zTao Marketplace (Asian grocery hub). 🍙 Breakfast: Sticky rice rolls (fan tuan) near zTao. 🍖 Lunch: Ten50 BBQ: Texas brisket = life-changing. 🤤 Kirin Court: Classic Cantonese dim sum. 🍢 Dinner: Chinese BBQ Lao Jiang Hu: Skewers + cumin lamb = 🔥. zTao Food Court: Beef noodles, clay pots, everything. 🍧 Dessert: Meet Fresh for taro bliss. 💖 Day 4: Plano → Dallas Downtown 🥩 Brunch: Gen Korean BBQ House (AYCE near 99 Ranch). 👁️ Giant Eyeball: Closed but fun photos outside. ⛪ Thanks-Giving Square: Gorgeous stained-glass "lazy sheep" roof (free entry, annoying parking). 🕵️ Sixth Floor Museum: $18 for JFK assassination history—eerie but fascinating.
