One of my favorite dining spots in Barcelona, their concept is all about preserving the original flavors of the ingredients, and I must say, they nail it perfectly! 🌟🍽️ A significant aspect is the freshness of their ingredients. I adore how they use the most basic cooking techniques to handle the seafood and vegetables, allowing you to savor the unmasked, true taste of the ingredients. 🍤🥕 Their menu changes with the seasons, but their signature dishes, the grilled red shrimp and the marinated tuna served in different cuts, are a must-try.
