Unlimited Seafood? My #1 Spot for Cajun Boil in OC! π¦
Recently my boyfriend suddenly said he wanted Cajun seafood π, so I, the self-proclaimed food-scout expert π, went searching and found a well-rated nationwide chain. After trying it, I totally get why they have so many locations β itβs legit! π If you canβt decide on a sauce, go for the Atomic Sauce π₯ β it mixes all their flavors together! We found it garlicky with a nice spicy kick. We ordered Combo 4 with lobster π¦ (you can also choose Dungeness crab π¦). The whole lobster coated in thick, savory sauce was irresistible β the meat was firm, springy, and even the claws were packed (see pic 3!). It took some effort to crack, but so worth it. The portion was huge β after finishing the lobster, we barely had room for anything else! The combo also came with shrimp, clams, and crawfish π¦. The crawfish were fresh and meaty, not hollow at all. Pair it with a cold beer π» β pure summer vibes! The sides are always a highlight with seafood boils: π₯ Potatoes β soft and starchy, soaked in that spicy sauce π½ Corn β sweet inside, savory outside from the soak π Garlic bread β buttery and aromatic, best eaten hot! Highly recommend. We also tried the fried fish π β itβs breadcrumb-coated, but personally I prefer the traditional battered style.
