📍 Seoul Korean Restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ A classic Korean family-run eatery, with K-dramas playing on TV and shelves stocked with Korean snacks and homemade kimchi. ❤️ Japchae (Stir-fried Glass Noodles) Wok-fried to perfection with a robust aroma, the noodles are chewy and packed with fresh ingredients. ❤️ Bibimbap in Stone Pot A delightful surprise—the purple rice appears as you mix it! The gochujang sauce is authentic and flavorful. ❤️ Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup) A whole chicken, simmered until fall-off-the-bone tender, served steaming hot. The glutinous rice inside soaks up all the savory goodness—a perfect bowl for a cold winter day! ✅ Fried Dumplings Golden and crispy on the outside, filled with a juicy mixture of chives and glass noodles. 📍 Namu ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only spot in town offering charcoal-grilled Korean BBQ. The variety is great, and the ambiance and service are excellent. However, due to lack of competition, prices are high and portions are small, making it less budget-friendly. The Galbi often sells out, so go early! ✅ Fried Chicken You can mix two flavors. The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside—highly recommend the spicy version, as the original is a bit bland. ⭕️ Bulgogi (Grilled Marinated Beef) Made with lean meat, it’s somewhat dry and lacks richness. Wrapping it in lettuce with rice makes it more palatable. #AlbanyBBQ #KoreanBBQ #AlbanyEats #Albany #Weekend#UpstateNY #AlbanyNY #AlbanyFood
