❤️ Lobster with Crispy Garlic (Bìfēngtáng Style) A signature dish recommended by the owner—absolutely lives up to the hype! The lobster was firm, bouncy, and full of flavor. The fried garlic was crispy, savory, and so delicious, I wanted to eat even the shells 😂. ❤️ Braised Pork Knuckle in Soy Sauce The garlic-salt seasoning was incredible! Even our Northeastern friend (who’s picky) gave it a thumbs-up—possibly the best dish of the meal! ❤️ Stir-fried Pork Intestines with Green Peppers Savory and rich in umami, and the intestines were well-cleaned and cooked perfectly. ✅ Sliced Whelk with Scallion Oil A lighter option—the whelk was tender and crisp, but the bean sprouts and shredded lettuce underneath were even more delicious. ⁉️ Snowy Egg White Dessert with Red Bean Paste Our friend loved it, but as a first-timer, I found it hard to judge. It broke the number one rule of desserts: too sweet!
